At Vintage Mudgar Club, we train you in authentic Indian traditional fitness equipment such as Mudgars, Gadas, Samtolas, Shena push-up boards, and Indian clubs. We help you learn the art of Mudgar fitness and guide you step by step to build strength, mobility, and endurance from the comfort of your home.

With one-on-one Mudgar sessions, a trainer tailors the exercises to your body type, fitness level, and lifestyle. You’ll learn the correct swinging techniques, breathing patterns, and flow-based movements that make Mudgar workouts both effective and safe.
